I offer a fully insured, professional service that meets the standards of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, and hold an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

I provide counselling in person, online using "doxy.me" an encrypted tele-health video conferencing platform, and by phone or email. I can also offer 'equine facilitated' therapy, and 'walk and talk' therapy.

'Equine facilitated,' 'walk and talk' therapy and in person sessions are by arrangement in North Devon currently as I book bespoke venues to suit you. These are usually as part of a 6 week programme of therapy.

Since 2015, I have worked extensively with people who have experienced a range of issues including anxiety, stress, trauma, substance misuse, low self esteem, illness, disordered eating and relationship issues.
